WhatsApp Business connection and automated replies

Madar Technology designs websites and custom business systems for companies. This service connects a client company’s own WhatsApp Business number and prepares automated replies to that company’s customers, using only the client’s own information: its services, availability, and approved answers. The client’s team can still reply manually in the WhatsApp Business app.

YShaleh, a chalet booking business, is our first client for this service. Linking YShaleh’s WhatsApp number is still being set up. Automated replies on that number are not active yet. No other company is using this WhatsApp service yet.
